Sophisticated products require flexible production options

Using models and prototypes that accompany the development process, we can check the form, proportions and functional scope of the development status at an early stage of development. In addition to physical models, we also create digital software kick dummies, ergonomic and HMI models through to hybrid virtual reality set-ups. This provides industrial design, interface design and product development with important feedback for further detailed development and series production.

Each of our customers' production projects has individual requirements in terms of materials, processes and quantities. But one requirement is always the same - and is consistently fulfilled by us: The development of first-class products.

Through our integration into the development team at BUSSE Design+Engineering, we also offer access to the interdisciplinary development expertise from construction and design and can support you not only in the realisation of your projects, but also in the conception and planning of functions, production technologies and prototypes. We can also react quickly and flexibly to changes in the production process and adapt the design to the selected materials and processes. Optimisations can be documented and data can be processed natively without burdening your own resources.
