The iterative development process of the electric scooter ujet started with technical prototypes and was refined up to the final product. Each development cycle was accompanied and tested by a fully functioning prototype. This approach ensures a truly tried and tested product.

Water treatment system

After developing a concept of a water treatment container, a fully functional reference plant was constructed. This reference helped in testing the operating concept of the system and was later accompanied by BUSSE in the TÜV certification process.

HAND HYGIENE

To complete the development of this innovative hand hygiene device, we first created numerous developmental models, ranging from partial-function models to design and demo models; then handled the component production for an initial
prototype series.

The aim of this development project was to convert an experimental setup into a

The prototype shown here was realized entirely in stainless steel and configured for a pharmaceutical industry exhibition in the USA.

This model is a RP-master model, which was drained by means of silicone molds and vacuum casting method in 2K with hard and soft components. Important was about to make the 2K design experience and reflect new functionality realistic.

CONTROL PLATFORM

The task: many control platforms at large steel and rolling mills need to be expanded through the addition of a central meeting desk outfitted with the latest communication technologies. BUSSE realized a prototype for SMS Siemag AG that offers a close visual and technical correspondence to the series production model.
